Bass Guitar & Vocals    

   I used to sing in the shower and play air guitar. Then when I was in the Service stationed in Japan, I bought my first real guitar and started playing. This then lead to being in a group in college where I was mainly a lead singer. Well, responsibilities seem to creep in and all of this went by the wayside. Time and some of those responsibilities passed by and then one day:

   I ran into a musician friend and told him about my lovely, talented, musician/songwriting, artist, girlfriend. He said "I'm not really interested in starting a band, but come on over sometime and lets jam." The next Saturday afternoon we did just that. We arrived late but, much to our surprise there was also a drummer and bass player waiting for us. After going through several of my girlfriends original songs, my friend looked up and said "Lets start a band!" The drummer and bass player from that original gathering had other aspirations so it was a natural to ask two others we knew that were chomping at the bit to play music. It just came together so easily that it seemed a natural. From just about our first gathering we knew we had something special.

   I love the variety of tunes and originals we play and I hope you will also. It's a pleasure to be a part of this talented group of musicians we call "Zonixx the Band."
